Role Overview:
· This is a full-time on-site role for working at our Showroom in Nazareth.
Responsibilities:
· The Accounts Assistant supports the Accounts Executive in managing day-to-day financial operations, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring smooth billing and record-keeping.
· This position is ideal for candidates who are detail-oriented, eager to learn, and passionate about maintaining accurate accounts.
Reporting and Compliance
· Report daily billing and account updates to the Accounts Executive.
· Maintain accurate records of transactions and customer accounts.
· Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and procedures.
· Assist in preparing documentation for audits and financial reviews.
· Follow proper filing and documentation standards for financial records.
· Support inventory reconciliation and financial reporting tasks.
· Adhere to data privacy and financial compliance regulation.
Training for candidates:
· On-the-job training will be given on Billing, ERP, CRM, Computer Applications, and maintaining stock and Accounts.

- Support the Accounts Executive in managing POS systems and account entries.
- Manage online division activities related to billing and order processing.
- Assist in showroom operations and coordinate with the e-commerce team for customer orders.

- Experience in retail accounting or showroom operations.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Excel, QuickBooks).
- Interest in learning new financial tools and technologies.
- Multilingual skills to assist diverse customer groups.
- Understanding of e-commerce platforms and online order processing.
- Diploma or certification in accounting, finance, or business administration.
