Preference:

·         Will be given to local candidates from Nazareth and surrounding areas, including Sattankulam, Megnanapuram, Alwarthirunagari, Mukuperi, Arumuganeri, Tiruchendur, Udankudi, Kadayanodai & Eral.

 Education

 ·         Any Degree, preferably in Business Administration, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management.

 Experience:

 ·         Graduates with basic computer skills and a minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or delivery operations.

 Role Overview:

 ·         The Logistics Supervisor oversees the end-to-end movement of goods, ensuring timely delivery, efficient storage, and smooth coordination between the warehouse, showroom, and delivery teams.

·         This role is critical to maintaining operational flow and customer satisfaction, especially in a fast-paced retail environment.

 Responsibilities

 ·         Ensure that all logistics operations—from receiving to delivery—are executed efficiently, safely, and in alignment with company standards.

 Reporting & Compliance:

·         Submit daily and weekly logistics reports to management.

·         Ensure compliance with safety standards, transport regulations, and company policies.

·         Maintain documentation for shipments, returns, and damaged goods.

·         Assist in internal audits and inventory reconciliation.

·         Implement and enforce standard operating procedures for logistics staff.

·         Ensure proper labelling, tracking, and documentation of all goods.

Training for candidates:

·         On-the-job training will be given on ERP, CRM, Computer Applications, and maintaining stock and Accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • • Supervise daily logistics activities including receiving, dispatch, and delivery.
  • • Plan and monitor inbound and outbound shipments.
  • • Coordinate with showroom, warehouse, and delivery teams for order fulfilment.
  • • Optimize delivery routes and schedules for cost and time efficiency.
  • • Ensure proper handling, packaging, and storage of goods.
  • • Maintain accurate records of stock movement and delivery logs.
  • • Resolve delivery-related issues and customer complaints promptly.
  • • Monitor vehicle usage, fuel efficiency, and maintenance schedules.
  • • Support promotional campaigns and seasonal logistics planning.

Nice to have

  • • Experience with e-commerce logistics and last-mile delivery.
  • • Familiarity with GPS tracking and fleet management systems.
  • • Multilingual skills to communicate with diverse teams and customers.
  • • Certification in logistics or supply chain management.
  • • Ability to analyze delivery data and optimize performance.
